An ad for Famous Stars has just made me realise what want to be when I grow up - I want to be a has-been!

I want to be a would-be, myself. I'm a would-be would-be, if not a could-be would-be.

I think you're just jealous of people who have potential. And rightly so, mind you.

Madame Hooch, this quest is badly in need of a herald, and you appear to be volunteering?

Milady nailpolishblues, permit us intrude on your humble dwelling. We are but humble, somewhat drunken, denizens of the blogosphere, on a quest for... wait, I had a list...

*fumbles through pockets*

oh yes, a better way of making mead, a recipe for Suggestios (tm), a sense of why people blog, decent company, wine, and if TimT can be goaded into it, poetry and song. Perhaps you can help us, or send us onto someone who can?

Suggestios, ya overtall, rangy, overfrilly-costumed galoot? How about some deep-fried troll that I slaughtered on Mt. Wikipedia along the way here?

With gravy? I like gravy.

The trolls are out early this year, normally they breed in September. Global warming, you know.

I once slew a troll, but it wasn't very good in the eating - its festering skin was too tough in the chewing. Ogres are the thing.

Fair Nailpolish, can I prevail upon thee to extend thy hospitality upon this rugged assortment of adventurers? They come from exotic places high and low, and, due to the dreaded lurgy, I was unable to extend upon them a reception of knightly dimensions.

Where's Glen? I need to be told if reception of knightly dimensions or any part thereof is a double entendre.
