Drowned Newtown.

A point of etiquette: when you are out with someone and they answer their mobile what do you do? I sit there and stare into the middle distance pretending like I can't hear them despite the fact that they're right next to me. I also take many sips of drink and fiddle rather a lot and unneccessarily with lipgloss. I think my irritation is evident.

I saw Juno tonight. I am with Mark on this one. Nice use of one of my favourite songs.

Glad you liked Juno. I feel vindicated. I mean, I like Garden State, but that doesn't mean my opinion on movies is totally worthless.

I'm gonna download that soundtrack 2nite. Well, over the next week @56k...

Garden State was okay.

Yeah, I think I'll be investigating that soundtrack as well.

It's so awkward when that happens...I just kind of stare at them to make them uncomfortable. I mean, you're in my amazing presence so all distractory devices should be turned off and thrown in a lake anyway.

GAH! Can't believe Juno was released in Australia before England. Just why am I in this country again?

You shouldn't have to do anything. The person should excuse themselves to answer the phone, not let you sit there and be forced to endure listening to half a conversation that they're not part of. Or maybe they should let the call go if they're in company. Just thoughts.

non-blondie - yeah, exactly. See me everyday and I really won't mind but see me almost never and it's like, well, why bother..?

Winter, I don't mind people anwering but loooong conversations. I mean really!

I loved juno! I bought the soundtrack about three weeks ago, and it is definitely worth the purchase.
