if you can't get rid of it just make it work for you... most actors do a shocking job unless they have some hardcore nerves going on, like the whole adrenaline thing... so maybe just learn to direct that angst into adrenaline rather than fear
Here's what I'm thinking - don't blog rhetorical questions and take a leaf out of themarina's book and drink some, quite a lot actually, until pretty much everything evaporates of its own accord...

i realised recently that most of mine has evaporated of its own accord. being replaced by more a general anger at the world at large.
