I think I might have missed the bus today as I was deeply in book. Christina Stead does funny things to me.
The other boring rubbishy thing is a facebook thing. So dull. I am so very sorry. Still, is it wrong to pretend like you don't know family members? I don't mean ignore them as such but, ah, make no effort to be part of a delightful circle of friends with them. Stupid bloody obvious surname/shared social circle.

C'mon now... what's more awesome than family? On Facebook?!
I'll rush in, the family on a slow boat to China.
Rina, my favourite cousin ring any bells?
jahteh, I tried. They got there in the end and China sent them back. Not on a slow boat either.
Now that I have glasses again, I can go and see his face properly?! Why was I not made aware of this immediately?! Is he still with her? Ewwww...
Denial of family is natural. It's denying your co-workers that's tricky. Lucky for D, he gets both.
Ignoring family, and disliked former co-workers who suddenly want to be chummy with one on facebook, is essential to facebook happiness, in my book. They're the cold water to my blazing fire of fun.
