A snapshot of my life right now, this very minute.

There are fragments of shell all over the floor.

Ways in which this post could be better:
1) if you could see the photographs
2) if I knew how to get said photographs off phone and onto computer
3) if I had a proper camera

No idea. The phone has it, apparently. What that means I do not know.

Well, depending on the model of phone, you've probably got a couple of options. If it's a Nokia, you can either get a data cable for it, and download the Nokia software suite from Nokia.com in order to access the photos, OR get a USB Bluetooth module for your computer (looks like a flash drive, should cost about ten/fifteen dollareenos).

OR check if the phone is saving photos to the phone or to its memory card, get an appropriate card reader-via-USB (also around the same price) and insert the card (which is probably lurking under the SIM card, in a separate slot, or in the side somewhere.

OR, you could find someone who has a laptop with Bluetooth, get them to get the photos, and such.

OR, and I prefer this option, send the phone to me. Along with all your valuables. Wait at home for further instructions, while I go on a sudden and probably terminal tour of Europe! Yes!

The temptation to send the phone to you is great, Martin. It's particularly shitty example of a nokia. The pictures [mostly of my cat] are saved [fuck she's pretty] to a memory card. Ummm.

I also have some awesome pics of the plastic toys from last year's work Christmas party post plasticy orgy. I need some better friends.

It's sweet that you think I have valuables. Really sweet.

Shells, hmm? The shell of your former being? Or, more likely oysters from a bacchanalian orgy. Or cowrie shells left over from a time travel trip to mid 15th cenutry Tonga. Or the shells of teenage mutant ninja turtles who you felled with mere glances of your steely gaze. Or those of peanuts, hulled in front of the director's cut Gone with the Wind. Or the shells of MnMs that melt in your mouth, not in your hand ...

I would, Dan, but I'm far too lazy.

Mitzi, mostly from Queensland beaches and collected by other people. Also, a pun on my name and uncertain state of mind.
